Threads for Boys COVID 19 Update

During these challenging and uncertain times, it is thankfully business as usual here at Threads for Boys. We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure that your orders are packed and sent out safely. Please note that Australia Post and some couriers are expreincing delays in delivery times which may affect the time it takes you to recieve your order.

The size I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?

All our collections are seasonal and in limited supply. There are 2 times a year when we recieve our stock. Feb-March (Autumn/Winter range) and August-September (Spring/Summer Range). Unfortunately, once an item is sold out we cannot restock it. You can look forward to an all new collection the following season.

I have placed my order, now what?

Thanks for shopping with Threads for Boys! Once you have submitted your order an automatic email confirming your order will be sent to the nominated email address you used to place your order with. Please make sure to check your order details, ensure address and items are correct and contact us ASAP if you need to make any changes. We only have a small window to make any changes. Changes to an order are subject to our Returns Policy.

How long before I recieve my order?

We aim to have all orders shipped within 24-28 hrs. Shipping days exclude weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped you will recieve an email notification with confirmation and a tracking link within it. 

Delivery Estimates

  • Melbourne Metro: same or next business day
  • All other major capital cities: 2-5 business days
  • All other cities: 3-10 days

I want to return or exchange my order, what can I do?

Here are our simple rules of return:

1. Items can only be returned for a store credit.

2. Items were NOT on sale at the time of purchase

3. Items must be returned to us witthin 14 days

4. Items must be unworn/unused with their original tags still attached and remain in their original plastic packaging.

5. Return shipping costs are at the expensive of the customer.

Do you offer lay-by?

Yes, we offer a range of take home, pay later options. These include Afterpay, ZipPay, Laybuy and Sezzle (US customers only). All payment options will be made available at the checkout.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we offer a flat rate shipping based on your country calculated at checkout. Orders over $200 (au) recieve free shipping. Read more on our shipping policy.
