The Band of Boys Easy Tiger skinny trackies are an easy to wear wardrobe staple. Wear them with the matching crew for the coolest tracksuit. They have side and back pockets and a double stitched drawstring waist to make sure that the elastic doesn’t roll. These cool pants are made from heavy weight soft fleece cotton fabric and have been made to fit true to size with a relaxed fit. Both models are age 7 and wearing size 7.

There are still delivery delays to all international destinations because of the impacts of COVID-19, including due to airline capacity and in-country delivery impacts.
Threads for Boys will endeavour to dispatch your parcel within 24 - 48hrs after you place your order. However, please be aware that actual delivery times will vary depending on where you live within Australia. You will receive a fulfilment email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. We cannot guarantee a certain delivery date. During sale periods dispatch times may incur a slight delay due to the volume of orders we receive.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Threads for Boys cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
Parcels that have been taken to a popshop collection point will only be held for 5 days, after this time they will be returned to Threads for Boys. You will be charged a reshipping and/or restocking fee.
Please note: Shipping days do not include public holidays or weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

All International orders are posted regular Air Mail with no insurance so if your parcel goes missing unfortunately we are not liable for it. We will have proof that it was posted but Australia Post are not much help when an international parcel gets lost in transit.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking or express post please send us an email to discuss your options.
Please also note: that bulky or heavy orders will incur higher postage rates and we will contact you before sending your parcel.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Customers are responsible for settling international duties and taxes where applicable.
International delivery can take up to 3 weeks depending on location (please note that some countries apply taxes and duties on parcels. The parcel recipient is responsible for any and all such extra charges that are not within our control).

LOSS OR DAMAGE OF GOODS
Goods will be dispatched using the delivery method specified. Once goods have been dispatched, your order is deemed to be filled. Threads for Boys takes no responsibility for loss or damage by the carriers of the goods.
Please note that in accordance with Australian consumer law we do not offer a refund for change of mind purchases or incorrect size unless the item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer/designer.
"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don't fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.
HOW TO RETURN
Email us at email@example.com and let us know your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason within 2 days of receipt. If eligible for a return, we will send you all the details you need to complete your return.
Please return all item(s) in a resellable condition (if you don't love it, someone else will). This means:
- Items have not been worn or washed
- There are no stains or smells on the item
- labels/tags are attached and the item is nicely folded back into its original packaging
- The item was not purchased on sale
- Please try on shoes on carpet to avoid any scuff marks.
- Goods must be return to us within 14 days
The cost of return shipping is not covered by Threads for Boys, and remains the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty or the return is due to an error by Threads for Boys.
Once the item is received and inspected you will be issued with a store credit (in the form of a gift voucher) which will be emailed to you using the email address provided when you placed your original order. Store credits do not include any postage costs.
What is a change of mind?
- changed their mind and no longer want the product
- ordered the wrong product
- ordered the incorrect size.
- items that don't fit the way that you would like
- found the product cheaper elsewhere
- found a better product elsewhere
- were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product - for example, if the fault was written on the product's tag, or for online purchases, indicated in any photos or descriptions of the item online
- damaged the product by misusing it
- used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT WAS PURCHASED ON SALE?
Items purchased during sale times or at a reduced RRP are deemed as final sales and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, unless it is deemed as faulty.
CAN I EXCHANGE?
Unfortunately, at this stage Threads for Boys cannot provide an exchange, nor can we place items on hold for you. Please follow the above returns process. You can then use your store credit to place a new order. If you are in a hurry to receive your replacement or are concerned about stock running out, we recommend ordering the new item before the return is processed.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please allow up to 3 business days from the time it is recieved at our warehouse for a return to be processed.
